Our Process: We begin with an inspection. Once we have determined the appropriate plan of action we vacuum all areas to be cleaned, including the baseboards. We then apply the appropriate cleaning solution and extract. Extraction is the process of injecting hot water deep into the carpet to free the soil from the fiber while applying suction to remove the dirt and grime. This leaves the carpet nearly dry to the touch. The final step is to groom the carpet to accelerate drying and give it a fresh look.
